In the At your financial institution section, define the settings to download transactions.You can hide the account, keep it separate or mark it as closed under the Account Display section.For Scheduled transactions, specify what transactions you would like to see in your register.Specify the required account name, description, currency, and account type in their respective fields.Alternatively, you can navigate from the Quicken menu and click Accounts > Settings. Click the Settings icon on the lower right side of the accounts register.You can configure these settings after you add an account in Quicken. Note: Your account balance may show with a higher or lower value than on Vanguard's website. Accounts with transactions that need to be accepted will have a dot next to their name.
